Our new project: Curated summaries of the latest mental health research—read, listen, and apply
Hello, readers of The Mental Health Digest,
A couple of years ago, we paused this newsletter—and yet, new subscribers continue to find us. While we don’t plan to restart The Mental Health Digest at this time, we’re excited to share something new.
If you're a mental health professional—or just someone interested in staying informed about cutting-edge mental health research—we’d love to introduce you to our new project: PsychVox
As therapists, staying on top of the latest research can feel impossible. With hundreds of new studies published each month, how can anyone keep up and focus on client care?
That’s where PsychVox comes in. Each month, we’ll comb through dozens of top-tier mental health journals to find the most relevant and practice-changing studies. Then we’ll deliver:
Concise and accessible summaries of important new research
Contextual insights into what each study means for your work
Audio and podcast versions for listening on the go
We aim to publish around 8 new summaries each month. While we hope to eventually cover every major study as they’re released, we’re starting with the most impactful ones.
There will be a free version with select content each month and a paid version for full access to everything we publish. If you’re curious, we’d love for you to join the free version and see what we’re building.
Thanks for your continued support. If you have thoughts or feedback, feel free to reply directly to our emails—or reach out anytime at support@psychvox.com.
